so, i was just at a house party. it wasn't too bad, very low key. my sister is in town for the weekend, ataying at her friend laura's house (where the gathering was). i learned how to play beer pong. it isn't that hard, and you hardly get more then two cans of beer total, which isn't a lot of alcohol. everyone was really nice and fun, and i had a good time, and am not so nervous about drinking, which means that i probably won't get really drunk just to get it over with and then do something stupid.

i just recently found out that the orpheum theatre (on state street), has midnight showings of rocky horror every 1st, 3rd, and 5th sunday of every month. the local cast even has it's own website, complete with all the props you need. so if anyone is out here on a weekend, guess what we're doing!

my mom sent me a bunch of chocolate cupcakes. they're really good. ahhh, two days of no school. damn, i really need to get those note cards and start studying for japanese.
