I love summer, except for the humidity

Friday: Went to Summerfest with David and saw Blue Oyster Cult. Great show, not too crowded, but standing in a mass of drunks for an hour and a half for a bus home sucked hard. But really, BOC sounds exactly like they did 20 years ago.
Saturday: Early celebration of the 4th of July. We had about 60 some mortars, had some friends over, and blew shit up. Seriously. The mortars aren't much bigger then a TP tube, and come with their own special tube for launching. We went through three of them, and even blew a hole into the wood board we had for stability. Of course, that was because of couple of the propeller charges didn't go off, but the actual firework did. But no one got hurt, so it was just awesome.
Sunday: My sister's graduation party. The rents and Leigh are heading out to Philly monday morning for her new apartment and job. The S.O.'s parents came, and everyone met for the first time, and we all got happily toasted.
And I only work three days out of the week due to holidays and stuff, so I can finally sleep in! Also, new Doctor Who starts in the States Friday! I've been trying to avoid spoilers cause I want to go into it without a bias.
I'm feeling good about things right now, like I have some idea and direction in life. It's not too bad.
