You know what needs to exist? The Queer as Folk AU. With Spencer as Brian Kinney, and Brendon as Justin. I have no idea who should be Michael, Ted, Emmet, Ben, and Mel and Lindsay. Maybe Greta and Vicky-T perhaps?
