Tom was kicked out because of Mike Carden and everyone knows it. The two of them couldnt work together and Mike convinced/bullied Bill into kicking out Tom, and they made Butcher tell him even though he didn't want him gone. Tom and Bill have both told me that Mike Carden is the ONLY reason he is gone. But whatever. Maybe it's not like, public public knowledge, but absolutely EVERYONE knows it.
I thought Tom and Danielle were still together/back together... no?
