I'm sick. My throat hurts like fire, I'm congested, and I feel a little feverish, but at least I'm not coughing at all, so I don't have Brittney's whooping cough.

Just what I need. To feel sick, achy, and bitchy the day before my birthday. I feel so depressed. I hope I didn't piss of any of my friends with how I acted today, it's just I feel terrible. God, I hope I didn't fuck anything up.

That and my computer crashed this weekend, so I spent the entire time saving all of my music, documents, and stuff, and then had to do a complete restart. Like go back to square one. I hate computers!

1. Cuddling and pillow talk after sex (or maybe just sex in general).

2. A cool, crisp sip of water when your mouth is all hot and icky.

3. Coming in to a room after being outside in the cold, and having the warmth envelop you, until it's almost palpable.

4. The smell of pine at Christmas when my family goes out to get our tree. It's so thick that you could get buried in it, and smells wonderfully fragrant and not at all cloying.

5. At the end of going out to a very nice restaurant, when everyone lingers over rich coffee and some kind of hedonistic dessert like tiramisu and you can just savor every last bite of the whole experience.

Being sick sucks. I remember a couple of years ago, when I got tonsillitis in the middle of summer and had to sit a summer-school university exam when I was feeling ROTTEN... and my painkillers ran out after about 20 minutes. I was in agony :S

And I'm not so wonderful really. I just like stalking spending lots of time on my friends page ...

I know exactly how you feel. I once got a really bad mono-like illness on a band trip, and was out for days because of a 104 fever and ended up in the hospital taking steriods for my throat.

And yes you are wonderful. Taking care of so many comms, and offering to let all of us into NZ after the US becomes to unbearable.

Ew. Mono, aka glandular fever, right? I had that for like two years at high school. That as well as manic-depression and panic attacks. What a lovable little cherub I was :D
