Weekend in review

So, this weekend was both parts fun and sucky. First, the crappy part:

-My dog died on saturday. She was 13 years old, and we'd had her since I was seven. It was expected, cause she was so old and had some health problems, but it's weird. I'm so used to her being there that it's hard for me to imagine my life without her. My mom used to send us cards on our birthdays from the dog. I'm not really broke up about it, I just don't react to death in that way, but I know the house will feel empty all summer without her.

-The good stuff was just hanging with some of my friends that I haven't been able to see for a while, and finally being able to enjoy some real spring weather before we get thunderstorms tonight. Just a nice, slow, and hazy time before exams start up in a couple of weeks. That and I got competely addicted to Supernatural this weekend. The show rocks.

My same sentiments -- 13 years is a long time, and yeah, it will feel different in the summer. No one to always try and get into your room, and freak out during storms. Of course, I used to freak out during storms, so if you need someone to do that. well, I'm your "man" ;).

Aw, man. I can't wait to hassle you this summer.
