Yes. Yes, I am. Spencer is the more laid back one who plays good cop when they're interrogating suspects. He constantly bitches about how Ryan drives like an old man, but he's also the one with the clean, nice apartment. Ryan isn't high strung, exactly, but he's generally more menacing because no one can ever tell what he's thinking. Jon is thier informant, the one with all the connections who keeps his ear to the ground but never gets caught by his shady associates. Brendon was originally a Damsel of the Week who ended up being a semi-regular for a couple seasons. He mostly acts as bait, but he also has some low key sexual tension with everyone, even though Ryan and Spencer would never seriously consider jepordizing their own manly relationship with some outsider.
