Week of Doom approaches
Jul. 25th, 2007 09:09 pmHoly bejeezus, have I not updated in a while. And of course mass insanity descended on my household.
So, I GOT MY BED FOR MY APARTMENT! It is so comfy, and all I can do is pray it fits.
Harry Potter, ZOMG! Liked the book, feel free to discuss it with me in comments. I went to a midnight thing at the local Barnes and Noble,and it was awesome, but crazy. And you know that thing about Harry? I SO KNEW IT! I totally called that ever since reading the 6th book two damn years ago. Finally, I was right and everyone else was wrong!
Also, I have a super cute Japanese exchange student staying with my family right now. She doesn't speak much english, so it's very "interesting" trying to communicate. And she gave us a ton of omiyagi, including a yukata for me. I was so suprised. Marin is really nice, and we've been trying to include her with family stuff, but without forcing her to hang with us while we're just reading the paper, so I hope everything goes okay.
And once all of this stuff is over, I'm gonna spend the rest of my vacation rewatching Supernatural and Stargate: Atlantis. Mostly cause I want to. And when you work as a janitor, you really stop caring.
