Today was one heck of a day. Classes, studying for my psych midterm, and...I GOT MY TATTOO!!

So, of course, I am in an incredibly GREAT mood right now. Cause I love it. Pricey, but the whole experience was amazing, so I am definitely going back for any others I get. I was so nervous before, but when Dave (my tattoo artist) put the needle to my skin, this calm just came over me. It hurt, but it really wasn't that bad at all. The worst problem was that it took 3 hours, and so having them jab the needle in repeatedly starts to wear on your nerves.

Please comment on the pics, I like to know what all my friends think of it.

Yeah, kinda HIM-based, but I love the meaning behind the heartagram, and it's something that (even if I stop liking the band or whatever) will still look good.






Edited: I uploaded the pics from my (new!) photobucket account, so that should take care of everything. Just tell me if it's not working and I'll bang my head in frustration.

Why thank you. I adore it too (which is good, cause this is never coming off).

I'm really good with pain, but I've heard that the wrist can be kinda painful since the skin is so sentsitive there. But it always hurts worse in your imagination then in reality (small comfort, eh *laughs*), so just remember that love.

haha! Yeah, I'm hoping that's what it'll be like, I can't decide if I want my first one on my wrist or hip...decision decisions!! Thanks for the advice love, a tattoo virgin needs all she can get!

Oh, did they put that antiseptic numbing cream on your's beforehand? Just wondering because this fireman/teacher of mine has got one straight up his forearm and said they used that for it. xxx

He cleaned it with alcohol, and probably, but I really couldn't tell. But did it numb anything...no. Dave must have just cleaned the area, but NO painkillers in anyway anywhere. (I feel so tough right now, lol)

Damn straight I am (laughs). It truly wasn't that bad, or at least that's what I thought. My friend thought I was going to fall asleep of something, lol. I don't know if they nimb down the skin at all, but I'm not an expert, so who knows? (maybe only for really sensitive areas)

yeah you looked really relaxed, or bored..lol you didnt seem in too much pain, i was expecting worse too and all i was there for was to watch! ^_^
