It's my birthday. And despite the fact that I've got some sort of sinus cold, it's raining (soon to be snowing tonight perhaps), and I'm writing up an outline for my physics paper, I'm determined to make this a great birthday.

All I want to do is be with my friends here. I'm almost tempted to call Erica and Randi and ask if I can come over for D&D, just so I can hang with people. I don't want to be alone, that's all. Just not today of all days.

One more year left as an official teenager. This time next year I'll be a twenty-something. And once you hit your twenties, mentally you are different from a teenager. Just the realization that a whole chunk of my life is irrevocably over is just scary. Someday I will actually be looking back on this point in life, remembering how things were when I was young and their was so much out there for me.

I need to get out of this.

Thanks. I'm just trying to get some homework done now so I can do some fun stuff with my friends tonight. I refuse to let this be a crappy day and not celebrate at all, especially since I did for my friends parties.

Thanks. I guess that age-wise I'm still young, but I feel as if I've already experienced way more then anyone should ever have to in one lifetime, let alone 1/4 of a lifetime.

God, I wish all my lj friends were people that I got see on a daily basis. Only about six or seven are people who I'm friends with in person as well. I just have grown real fond of all of you guys. :)

Don't worry, I used to live in Waukesha, which is a suburb of the 7th poorest sity in the US, and is one of the most conservative counties in the whole damn country.
