So I think I had a panic attack at work today? It was really weird. I just started out feeling faint and dizzy, then nausea, then I started getting paranoid and general freaking out, and then problems breathing.

I have no idea what brought it on though.

I'm fine now, since everything went away after a few hours. But it was strange. I've never experienced anything like it.

it's a pretty scary experience! I am not an expert but I've heard that there's often not a real "cause" for panic attacks, like no trigger or anything, not always. They just sort of happen.

That sucks. I started getting them in college and freaked out. They're not fun but there's breathing techniques and other things you can do when you feel an attack coming on. It all depends on the person what works for them. Me, I usually isolate myself and listen to MCR.

That totally sucks. I get them sometimes as well, and its basically one of the worst feelings in the world. :-(

Hey dude. Did I call you on Saturday night?
The thing is, I meant to call my friend Gal, who is right below you in my phone book. And I had a very confusing conversation of which Gal has no recollection. So I figured maybe I accidentally called you. Which would account for the conversation being as puzzling to me as it was.
So if I accidentally called you on saturday night: I am so sorry for waking you up. If not... there is someone else in my phone book that I owe that apology to. >.

Hahaha, I thought the conversation made no sense. Whatever, it made me laugh, albiet a little confusedly.

At one point I think you asked me if I was in Chicago and I was like "I WAS TALKING TO YOU HALF AN HOUR AGO, GAL! WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT?"

But then I saw Gal today and was greeted with "Why the fuck didn't you show up to the party?" and I was all "Because I called you for directions and you were fucking asleep!" and Gal was like "... or, I was at the party waiting for you to show up!" And that's when I realized that phone books are hard, and that your name sounds a lot like Gal's.
